In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience./ppWhat you will do in this role:/pulliAssess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status./liliPerform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider./liliDocument the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner./liliPerform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response./liliMaintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients./li/ulpWhat qualifications you will need:/pulliGraduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program./liliMinimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse/liliCurrent Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 60 days of hire date)/liliBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date/li/ulpJoin a family that cares about every stage in your career!
