This leadership position supports continued business growth while delivering high-quality claims and advisory services to members, brokers, and clients within the transportation, trucking, logistics, port, and terminal sectors.Primary responsibilities include:Managing complex transportation, trucking, logistics, and litigation claimsProviding strategic claims guidance and technical expertiseAdvising clients and brokers on complex claims mattersAssisting with contract review and risk assessmentSupporting new business development and client retention initiativesParticipating in the training and development of claims and underwriting personnelBuilding strong relationships with clients, brokers, and senior leadershipQualified candidates will possess:5-10+ years of transportation, trucking, logistics, or over-the-road claims litigation experienceJ.D. requiredCollege degree requiredStrong business acumen and executive-level communication skillsAbility to travel to clients and brokers as neededThorough understanding of complex commercial claims handlingCompensation includes a base salary up to $200,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.This hybrid opportunity is available in either the New York City metropolitan area or Louisiana.Qualified candidates should submit their resume in confidence to:James A.
