Company:Qualcomm IncorporatedJob Area:Information Technology Group, Information Technology Group > IT EngineeringGeneral Summary:**This position is not eligible for Qualcomm immigration sponsorship.****Position requires to be in the San Diego office, 5 days a week**Responsibilities:Build scalable data/AI workflows using containerization and serverless platforms.Getting Data ready for AI - Building datasets for training, inference, and retraining (AI ready data foundations).Research and develop efficient, scalable, resilient, self-healing, and reusable data solutions.Build LLM applications with GenAI.Develop, code and maintain systems to support the Analytics Infrastructure & Data Lake.Partner/Contribute on analytics requests and conduct statistical data analysis.Implement monitoring, logging, and automated retraining pipelinesCollaborate with global team on projects and operationsCollaborate on automation opportunities using AI in data operationsIdeal Candidate Will Have:5+ Years of prior experience in Data Science/Engineering and Databases5+ years of Python programming experienceProven track record of coding in a multi-developer environment – code collaboration, reviews, etc.Exposure to Docker, KubernetesExposure to MLFlow or similar tools for experiment tracking and model workflow supportFamiliarity with NLP / LLM / GenAIExperience with prompt, vector, or retrieval data pipelinesExperience in advanced SQL using MPP databases like Clickhouse , BigQuery , Snowflake etc.Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.OR5+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.Applicants : Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
