What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient urology coverage for the hospital, including rounding and consultations
• Perform scrotal, endoscopic, and general surgical procedures
• Support rare trauma cases with urological intervention
• Coordinate care with support staff including physicians and APPs
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical protocols
• Utilize Epic EMR for charting and documentation
• Cover scheduled weekends twice per month, including additional Friday-Sunday weekends

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Wisconsin State Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
• Key skills: Patient-focused care, teamwork, strong communication, adaptability
• Required: US work authorization
