Napoleon, Ohio manufacture has a sorting job for first and second shifts.  Pay is $19/hr.

Sorter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Inspect metal parts for visual defects, damage, cracks, burrs, dents, scratches, discoloration, or dimensional irregularities.
• Sort acceptable and non-conforming parts according to company quality standards.
• Perform quality checks using gauges, measuring tools, and inspection equipment as required.
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or production issues to supervisors.  
• first shift hours 
  • 7am to 3 pm Mon-Fri
• second shift hours
  • 4 pm to 2 am Mon-Thurs

Sorter Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, inspection, or quality control experience is a plus.
• Ability to distinguish minor flaws and defects in metal products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as required.
• Steel toed boots or shoes

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
