Residential Sales Manager

Lee Company is seeking a Residential Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential sales team across the Southeast. In this role, you’ll develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC, mechanical, and construction services, coach and mentor sales reps, and ensure accurate estimating, proposals, and contracts.
