Janitorial Site Assistant Manager- (Management Experience Required) Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. Location: Ohio Fire Marshal- 8895 East Main St., Reynoldsburg, Ohio (Franklin County) 43068$250 Signing Bonus! Pay: $21.00 per hour | Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday - 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm (Some weekend work is required) Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. - Assist with day-to-day operations (Manage employees, quality checks, training)
- Supervise employees
- Address customer questions, concerns, and requests
- Ensure compliance with safety rules
- Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Computer skills
- Time management
- Independent decision making
- Operate floor cleaning equipment (training provided)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a criminal background check
- Lift up to 35 - 50 pounds
- Lots of walking
