As a Security Officer Access Control Patrol in Keene, NH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as an unarmed patrol officer. In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Working with agility, reliability, and integrity, you will support site operations through teamwork while contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.

Pay Rate: $22.28 / Hour

Day Time Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and other security-related matters.
• Support day-to-day location operations by following post orders, completing required reports, and assisting with traffic flow, deliveries, and restricted-area monitoring as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
