Ewing, Blackwelder & Duce Insurance is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team. The Commercial Insurance Producer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and providing customized commercial insurance solutions to business owners and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial insurance business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and coverage options
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and consistently work toward sales goals
• Collaborate with account managers and service teams to ensure an excellent client experience
• Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and market changes
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication
• Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times
• Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
• 1+ years of insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Professional and customer-focused mindset
