This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage tax compliance and tax advisory engagements in the Commercial Real Estate Industry group.Determine resource requirements and work with a team to ensure exceptional client serviceManage expectations with team members and monitor engagement progressReview partnership and corporate tax returns and ensure accuracy and completenessResearch tax issues and filing requirements that affect tax complianceResearch complex tax issues using internal revenue code, treasury regulations and other relevant authorities/guidance Draft tax technical memorandums and share knowledge to develop team membersIdentify opportunities to expand the scope of current engagements through identification of current client needs and target client requirementsActively participate in proposal development, at the direction of management, and take a lead role responding to requests for proposalDemonstrate initiative, vision, resourcefulness, creativity and independent thinking.  Lead by example YOUR EXPERIENCE.
