Associate Analytics Engineer

The Associate Analytics Engineer at NexusLeap will lead technical tasks and collaborate with teams to develop robust and scalable analytics solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. To get a feel for our dynamic, check out what our team hates about working at NexusLeap: The person in this role will be responsible for: Using Python and SQL to build complex ETL pipelines Working alongside architects and engineers to build and integrate analytics functionality Deploying and modifying AWS resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) You meet the required qualifications if: You have an innate curiosity for tinkering with data products and recognize the importance of data storytelling. You have significant experience optimizing analytics workloads in AWS using services like Glue, Redshift, Athena, and S3 You are fluent in SQL and Python . You can easily navigate large datasets (1B+ rows) and have a good handle on distributed computing ( PySpark ). You have a strong command in data manipulation and analysis using dataframes , demonstrated through complex data operations, optimization, and efficient handling of large-scale datasets . You have collaborated with a development team with established source control ( git ). You hold a BS from an accredited university in one of the following: Computer Science , Information Systems, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field.
