Position Overview

\n

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Account Strategy to develop, execute, and optimize omnichannel advertising solutions for a portfolio of Food accounts. This client-facing role combines strategic media planning with hands-on campaign management across managed-service and self-service channels.

\n

Reporting to a Senior Manager, Account Strategy, you will translate brand marketing objectives into actionable media strategies, lead campaign setup and optimization, deliver performance insights, and collaborate with Sales, Account, Product, Creative, Yield, and Ad Operations teams to drive measurable results and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Develop strategic media plans and execute managed-service and self-service advertising campaigns.
\n
• Serve as a consultative partner to Sales, advertisers, agencies, and internal account teams.
\n
• Create data-driven media proposals aligned to advertiser objectives, KPIs, and budget requirements.
\n
• Build, launch, pace, optimize, troubleshoot, and report on campaigns across paid search, programmatic display, video, CTV, social, digital sponsorships, digital out-of-home, and in-store media tactics.
\n
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve delivery and outcomes.
\n
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, QA checks, account setup, and campaign maintenance.
\n
• Communicate campaign performance, risks, insights, and optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
\n
• Lead advertiser and agency meetings, presentations, and strategic planning discussions.
\n
• Present strategic upsell recommendations that support incremental advertiser investment and revenue growth.
\n
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate trafficking, timely launches, and high-quality client experiences.
\n
• Follow internal SLAs and quality-assurance processes while managing multiple campaigns and priorities.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
\n
• At least 3 years of experience managing or consulting on digital media campaigns.
\n
• Experience across display, video, social, search, and programmatic advertising.
\n
• Strong knowledge of digital media metrics and media math, including CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, pacing, and optimization principles.
\n
• Proven client-facing experience, including proactive risk identification and solution development.
\n
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
\n
• Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
\n
• Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and/or Power BI.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
\n
• Extensive programmatic advertising experience, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
\n
• Demonstrated success influencing advertiser investment through media strategy recommendations.
\n
