We are located on Route 1 at 1069 Broadway Saugus, MA 01906. At this practice, we provide Primary Care services and Endocrinology. Our physicians specialize in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Medical Assistant to work 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8:00am–5:00pm. This role is at a busy primary care practice, staffed by 7 Medical Assistants, 3 nurses, 5 primary care physicians, 3 nurse practitioners, and front desk staff. While the practice includes some specialty services, this Medical Assistant will support primary care only.

This role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Licenses and Credentials: Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred. Certified Medical Assistant - preferred.

Experience: Direct MA experience or medical field work 0-1 year preferred.

Strongly Preferred:

• Medical Assistant Course or diploma program or a minimum of 1 year professional experience
• National MA Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT
• Epic experience
• Ambulatory/Outpatient experience
