Ralph Lauren Product Management Associate, RRL

Position Overview Support the ACC/FW/Home and OW teams with development and tracking of materials, product development, and production for Product Management Team (full product life cycle) of product. Partner with the Design, Merchandising, Technical Design teams as well as the Regional Sourcing Offices. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Communicate daily with overseas offices, factories, and vendors. Follow up and track quoted deliveries for materials and products to ensure on time seasonal deliveries. Assist in developing best in class materials to meet the aesthetic, functional, and cost requirements of the brand. Support seasonal costing by communicating with vendors to procure costing, achieve targets, and keep systems up-to-date. Work closely with cross functional partners to ensure on‑time approvals of fabric, trims, samples, and bulk. Ensure all incoming and outgoing submits/samples are properly organized, tagged, and recorded. Ensure all systems are up‑to‑date with delivery and pricing info. Work with team to create and update POs for product. Attend weekly WIP meetings with internal teams and overseas partners. Send and receive packages via appropriate courier services and maintain clear tracking records. Track physical submits and samples sent to NY office and international partners. Address issues with creative solutions and problem solving in addressing issue and roadblocks; assist in escalation decisions for the brand cross functionally. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Demonstrate skills needed to manage communication with cross functional partnerships. Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to product information. PLM, GFE+, Airtable systems knowledge preferred. MS Excel required. Team player. Experience in material development strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ralph Lauren
