Job Summary Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian working in senior living communities. You’ll provide medical nutrition therapy and education in a collaborative team to enhance resident outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to residents, families, staff, and the community. Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols. Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence. Partner with food service management to achieve resident satisfaction and service goals. Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training. Qualifications Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable. Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged. Work Culture Environment welcoming ideas and encouraging growth.
