divh2Job Title/h2pShift: Wednesday - Saturday 7PM-5:30 AM/ppSalary: $19+ $2.00 Shift Differential/ppEssential Duties:/pulliProvides customer service assistance to customers and manages incoming calls./liliCompares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records./liliSet daily delivery appointments./liliProcess incoming deliveries./liliProcess completed loads./liliResolve any issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal staff./liliFiles paperwork daily./liliFollow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed./liliObserve all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate./liliDelegate assignments to associates per volume/liliMonitor workflow through WMS/liliEnsure shipments are processed and fulfilled by priority/liliOther duties as assigned./li/ululliHigh School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education./lili3 months verifiable customer service experience./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills./liliOutstanding computer and data entry skills./liliAbility to effectively multi-task./li/ul/div
