Available Shifts:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation:

• $27.72 – $39.60 per hour (based on experience)
• Night Differential: $3.00/hr
• Weekend Differential: $2.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (Days) / $15,000 (Nights)
• Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join a Med-Surg Oncology team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, perform clinical assessments, coordinate treatment plans, and support patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and care plans
• Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care RN experience
• Current BLS Certification required
• ACLS preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
• BSN preferred
