The Pay: Base Plus Uncapped Commission Pay Base pay: $15 to $18 per hour Most new hires start in the $500 to $900 range in monthly commission and grow from there Solid performers: $1,200+ per month in commission Top performers: $2,250+ per month in commission, doubling their paycheck What You’ll Do Greet customers, listen to their tech troubles, and make them feel handled Understand their situation and explain options clearly Recommend protection plans and accessories that prevent repeat issues Hit daily sales goals and keep the store clean and professional Who You Are You love the win; motivated by goals and love seeing your commissions climb. You’re a communicator. You can explain tech issues in simple, friendly terms. You have the formula. Background in retail or restaurants (register, closing shifts, server) and you know fast‑paced environments require focus. You’re coachable. Ready to learn our system and execute it with rigor.
