This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with a passion for long-term care pharmacy services. As a key professional in medication management, you will ensure accuracy and compliance in dispensing while collaborating with prescribers to optimize patient therapy.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders and perform final product checks, complying with federal, state, and company regulations
• Conduct thorough drug utilization reviews to identify and resolve clinical alerts, drug interactions, and therapy concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication use in long-term care settings

Qualifications:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of 1 year experience practicing as a pharmacist, preferably with exposure to long-term care pharmacy operations
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
