Job Opportunity: Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (Night Shifts)
Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis during night shifts. This position involves evaluating, treating, and monitoring patients experiencing both acute and chronic respiratory issues within critical care, emergency room, and inpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities- Administer oxygen and aerosol therapies to patients.
- Manage ventilators effectively.
- Conduct arterial blood gas (ABG) tests and other respiratory diagnostics.
- Respond promptly to rapid response situations and medical codes.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license.
- Experience in critical care and emergency settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires working night shifts, providing essential care during critical hours. You will be part of a patient-centered, collaborative team that prioritizes high-quality care.
