Junior Data Analyst

Position Overview Entry level bilingual Korean candidate required. Pay rate range $35/hr to $39/hr. Schedule: fully onsite. Responsibilities Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, spreadsheet production, and reporting. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple levels of the company and external contacts such as customers, authorized service agents, and sales & equipment service representatives. Influence others in acceptance and approval processes and provide technical clarification. Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and tables, and plan and prioritize multiple work assignments. Read, review, and prepare technical reports, manuals, test procedures, and repair information. Work under minimal supervision to achieve production team goals and complete individual assignments within established time frames. Apply problem‑solving skills to complex, diverse conditions, employing creativity to find solutions. Operate PC and product test equipment, lift, move, and adjust equipment, boxes, and supplies, working in alternating sedentary and highly mobile positions. Demonstrate high visual acuity, numeric/character distinction, moderate color distinction, and fine‑motor coordination for electronic component repair. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Korean (Korean is strongly preferred). Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or Analytics. Prior experience in the mobile industry preferred. Strong project‑management skills and ability to prioritize in a complex work environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office in Windows XP or NT LAN/WAN environments. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Ability to work independently, influence others, and meet deadlines. Willingness to work additional hours beyond the normal schedule and travel as required.
