Here is some of what it takes to be successful with us: Key Responsibilities Be a role model for restaurant excellence, willingness to lead the team in service and satisfaction and Jack in The Box mission. Ensure the Team Leaders and Members on your team meet our standards and customer care needs. Guide and support professional development for your team. Partner with District Manager and your Team Leaders and Team Members to support a collaborative, positive restaurant community. Manage communication between your restaurant, headquarters and within the franchise to share best practices, solve issues and build our Jack in The Box brand consistently. Own and be accountable for specific restaurant management and human resource functions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred. At least 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high paced environment with full P&L responsibilities. QSR Experience is highly desired. Internal Promote must have a minimum of 1+ year experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years of experience as a First Assistant Manager.
