Customer Service Assistant

Job Description We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused Front Desk / Customer Service Assistant to manage front desk operations, assist clients, and provide essential support for our printing processes. This role combines administrative tasks, customer service, data entry, and basic print coordination, with a focus on print management. Monday-Friday scheduled hours Work hours 8: 00 AM -5: 00 PM Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Welcome visitors, handle phone calls, and maintain a professional reception area.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with print-related inquiries, order placements, and problem resolution.
- Print Coordination: Support printing tasks such as order tracking, file preparation, and job ticket management.
- Administrative Support: Mange mail, organize files, and assist with general office duties.
- Data Entry: Accurately input job details and client information into our systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, (Work, Excel, Outlook)
