Physician Assistantor Nurse Practitioner (Contract) Location: Valdosta, GA Primary clinic provides primary care and occupational health to a diverse patient population. Hours Mon & Wed 7:00–4:30 p, Tues 7:00–9:00 a, Thurs 7:00–12:00 p, Fri 7:00–1:00 p Duration 6/22‑7/31 with possibility of extension or direct placement Pay $62‑76 /hr DOE (Estimated Min Rate $62.00, Estimated Max Rate $76.00) What You’ll Be Doing Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed Maintain patient health records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices Perform other duties as assigned What You Need to Bring to the Table All state licenses/certifications to practice BLS upon hire Primary care experience required Occupational health experience preferred Benefits Join Yoh’s extensive talent community that will provide you with access to Yoh’s vast network of opportunities.
