What You Will Do

• Advise clients on financing structures and strategies within the transportation sector.
• Draft and negotiate financial agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct thorough due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities in transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide informed counsel to clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–6 years of experience in finance law, preferably with a focus on transportation or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and transaction structures.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.

Preferred

• Experience working with venture-backed firms or in a fast-paced legal environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $225K to $310K, complemented by a competitive benefits package that supports both professional growth and personal well-being.
