Service Manager – American Motors Repair Commerce City, CO $100,000–$150,000 Performance-Based Compensation (Base Salary + Bonus) American Motors Repair is looking for a driven, high-accountability Service Manager who knows how to lead a shop, build a strong team, and create an exceptional customer experience without babysitting employees or making excuses. What You’ll Be Responsible For * Managing day-to-day operations of a busy automotive/truck repair facility * Leading technicians, service advisors, and shop staff * Increasing labor sales, shop efficiency, and gross profit * Maintaining high customer satisfaction and repeat business * Hiring, training, coaching, and holding employees accountable * Ensuring jobs are completed correctly and on time * Managing workflow, scheduling, and production goals * Creating a positive, high-performance culture * Monitoring KPIs including labor hours, comeback rate, ARO, GP%, and productivity * Handling customer concerns professionally and confidently What We’re Looking For * Proven leadership experience in automotive or diesel repair management * Strong understanding of shop operations and repair processes * Ability to build and lead a productive team * High energy, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency * Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused * Comfortable managing numbers, goals, and accountability * Someone who leads from the front — not from the office chair Compensation We believe great managers should be paid like great managers. * Competitive base salary * Performance-based commission structure * Realistic earnings between $100K–$150K+ * Opportunity for long-term growth with a growing company Your income is directly tied to your ability to lead people, improve production, grow revenue, and create a winning environment.
