Remote Oracle G-Invoicing SME (Fully Remote) - Secret Clearance

This position is fully remote / work from home.

Salary: $160,000 - 175,000/year

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle G-Invoicing Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) background and an active Secret clearance or higher to support secure federal financial system initiatives.

This role will lead functional design, implementation, integration, and sustainment of Oracle G-Invoicing solutions within secure federal environments. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of federal Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing requirements, and hands-on expertise configuring and supporting Oracle EBS Financials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead functional SME for Oracle G-Invoicing within secure federal environments
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with cleared federal stakeholders
• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and solution design artifacts
• Configure and support Oracle G-Invoicing functionality within Oracle EBS
• Provide functional expertise across Oracle EBS modules including:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Purchasing (PO)
• Oracle Projects (PA), as applicable
• Design, document, and validate integrations between G-Invoicing and core EBS modules
• Support inbound/outbound interfaces and data mapping in secure environments
• Federal Financial & Treasury Compliance
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing lifecycle requirements
• Support GT&C (General Terms & Conditions), Order, Performance, Invoice, and Settlement processes
• Support IPAC transactions, reconciliations, and Treasury reporting
• Assist with audit readiness and documentation in controlled environments

Requirements

• 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functional experience
• 3+ years of Oracle G-Invoicing functional experience
• Active Secret clearance or higher
• Strong knowledge of federal financial management and interagency agreement processes
• Hands-on experience with AR, AP, GL, and Purchasing modules
• Experience supporting Treasury G-Invoicing lifecycle (GT&C through settlement)
• Experience in secure or classified environments
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering and functional documentation
• Strong understanding of financial system integrations and controls
