Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? An exciting contract opportunity is available for an onsite School BCBA to support a district near Fort Worth, TX, with a district-wide focus—providing services across multiple school buildings.

This position allows you to leverage your expertise in applied behavior analysis to positively impact students, educators, and families through collaboration and program development. The contract is set to begin as soon as possible and runs through May 28, 2027, offering stability and the chance to build meaningful relationships district-wide.

Key Qualifications:

• National certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience providing behavioral support in school settings preferred
• Flexible, reliable, and comfortable working across various campuses
• Strong communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Availability to complete onboarding processes, including fingerprinting and registry list searches

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement evidence-based strategies
• Deliver direct student support and monitor progress on behavior goals
• Provide coaching and professional development to school personnel
• Document services, maintain compliance records, and attend team meetings
• Adapt to the needs of various campuses, traveling as needed within the district
