Job Responsibilities

• Customize Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create tailored therapy plans aimed at helping them realize their functional aspirations.

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work seamlessly among Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, well-rounded care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy methods, paving the way for sustained progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatments, ensuring patients remain on track to achieving their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a CACREP-accredited program
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
