Front Office Associate Organization: Florida Panthers Ice Den Department: Front Office Reports To: Assistant General Manager Employment Type: Part-Time Location: Florida Panthers Ice Den, Coral Springs, FL — On‑Site Schedule: Flexibility required for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays Position Summary This is an entry‑level position within the front office at the Florida Panthers Ice Den. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality while also being highly detail‑oriented and possessing strong customer service skills. They should be responsible, professional, and able to handle complex situations and a variety of personalities. Responsibilities Facilitate customer registration using the point‑of‑sale system to register and take payments for figure skating programs, hockey leagues, private lessons, public skating, birthday parties, and more Process cash and credit card payments and cash out the register at the end of each shift Answer incoming phone calls; respond to customer questions, transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed, and take and distribute accurate messages Operate office electronics including photocopiers, scanners, point‑of‑sale system, voicemail, and personal computers Assist management with booking birthday parties and camp field trips Interact with customers to provide information about upcoming programs, camps, and events Qualifications Must be at least 17 years of age Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required Ability to handle a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a part‑time position. Must be able to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
