Are you passionate about connecting professional CDL drivers with rewarding careers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your recruiting efforts directly impact business success? We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Driver Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll recruit professional CDL-A and CDL-B drivers across multiple operations, partnering with Operations, Safety, Compliance, and Human Resources to ensure we hire the best drivers in the industry. What You'll Do As a Driver Recruiter, you'll own the recruiting process from first contact through the driver's first day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruit CDL-A and CDL-B drivers for dedicated transportation operations throughout the United States.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, CDL schools, military recruiting, networking, and other sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate driver qualifications, experience, work history, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner closely with General Managers to understand staffing needs and recruiting priorities.
• Guide candidates through every step of the hiring process, including applications, DOT requirements, drug testing, employment verification, MVR reviews, and onboarding.
• Work with Compliance to ensure all DOT and FMCSA hiring requirements are completed accurately and timely.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and open positions while recommending improvements to increase hiring success

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of recruiting experience in the transportation industry.

• Experience recruiting CDL drivers or other transportation professionals.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (Tenstreet).

Preferred Qualifications

• High-volume recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT hiring requirements.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HR systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
