This position is an in office position at our Chesapeake City, MD headquarters, hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. We pride ourselves on our commitment to employee well-being, offering comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental and vision coverage as well as long & short term disability, a 401k plan with company match and generous earned PTO (paid time off) Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors Managing multi-line phone calls and inquires with professionalism Maintain and organize filing systems for accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices Assist in account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records Collaborate with team members to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency Provide general administrative support as required, including data entry but not limited to other clerical tasks Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Additional education in accounting or finance is a plus Proven experience in a receptionist and AP specialist role, preferably in a fast paced and focused environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) and accounting software Preferred experience working with Sage 100 software Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr Dann Marine Towing, LC
