Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift (approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Hours per Week: 35

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises and mobility to improve daily function
• Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team
• Help create a positive and motivating environment for recovery

Qualifications

• Valid PTA license in New Mexico
• 1-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting
• CPR certification preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in rehabilitation techniques and modalities
• Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols
