An urgent opportunity is available for a Clinical IV Pharmacist to support a healthcare facility in Walnut Ridge, AR. This 3-6 month contract to hire position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including every third weekend. The role is ideal for pharmacists with solid sterile compounding experience and strong clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders with precision and attention to detail
• Mix intravenous solutions in the clean room following strict sterile compounding protocols
• Interpret laboratory results to inform clinical decisions and optimize patient care
• Provide flexible support across pharmacy operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year current experience as an IV pharmacist
• Active and clear Arkansas pharmacist license
