Temporary - Client Services Representative

This position will serve as a main point of contact for visitors to the Office of the University Registrar. Key duties include answering phone and email inquiries, processing transcript and enrollment verification requests, processing registrations, and ensuring strict compliance with privacy laws, such as FERPA.

Qualifications: High school diploma and 2 years related experience, or equivalency.
