Data / Reporting Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data/Reporting Analyst in Miami Fl. This position will work closely with the Chief Data Officer to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities include: Process Analysis and Improvement:

• Analyze current processes, workflows, and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collect and analyze process performance metrics to measure the impact of improvements

• Coordinate project activities between various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
• Facilitate communication, manage timelines, and track deliverables for assigned projects
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, escalating issues as needed
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with data analysts and subject matter experts to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Present data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making
• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, project coordination, or data analysis roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
