Job Description Are you a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Professional located near Oakdale, CA? Qualifications High school diploma and HR-related experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred HR, payroll, benefits, or customer service experience Knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits processes and policies Customer service or call center experience preferred; HR Shared Services experience a plus Experience with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or Workday Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic analytical, problem-solving, and system navigation skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently Spanish bilingual skills preferred Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Responsibilities Provide HR, payroll, and benefits support via phone, email, and case management systems Assist employees and managers with HRIS (Workday) transactions and inquiries Process employee data changes, including hires, terminations, promotions, pay changes, leave requests, and benefits updates Administer employee benefit programs and maintain accurate employee records Ensure data integrity within Workday and HR systems Investigate and resolve employee inquiries, escalating issues when necessary Document customer interactions and maintain case records Coach employees on self‑service tools and resources Collaborate with HR team members and functional departments Identify, document, and support process improvement initiatives Monitor and report inquiry trends and recurring issues Participate in ongoing training and policy updates Follow up with employees to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction Support special projects and additional HR administrative duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
