Healthcare United is in the active pursuit of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to strengthen our well-established Healthcare System across multiple locations within a one-hour drive from Chicago, Illinois. Their expertise extends to providing exceptional preventive care, conducting thorough annual checkups, and administering comprehensive health risk assessments. Requirements:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Willingness to work in a conventional clinic setting
• Availability for a four-day workweek without Mondays or Fridays off
• Commitment to maintaining high patient satisfaction and quality scores
• Partnership collaboration with two advanced practitioners
• Openness to virtual visits
