Veteran Services Intake Specialist

Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas

Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas is seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for SSVF applicants. The role involves responding to inquiries, maintaining applicant files, and managing the intake process. The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree or relevant experience with at-risk populations, including veterans. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
