Joining our Finance Team as Store Supervisor will Empower you to deliver Exceptional Experiences at Pacha New York, our spectacular nightlife destination at the iconic Brooklyn Mirage and The Great Hall in East Williamsburg. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the receiving, inspection, storing, and issuing of all goods, beverage, food, and operating supplies, recording every transaction and stock movement accurately in SAP S/4HANA. Monitor stock levels of beverage, food, and operating supplies across the venue’s bars and outlets, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate par levels with assistance from Finance and the Purchase Manager. Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records and logs in SAP S/4HANA, reconciling physical stock against system balances and adhering to quality and food-safety standards. Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, and notify management of any discrepancies, shortages, damages, or products that do not meet specifications. Process goods receipts, transfers, and returns in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Issue and deliver requested items to bars, kitchens, and event teams promptly to facilitate smooth operations. Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts, investigating and resolving variances between physical stock and SAP S/4HANA records. Inform Food & Beverage and bar service teams of stock availability and any out-of-stock items. Collaborate with bar, kitchen, events, procurement, and finance teams to ensure efficient workflow and seamless guest experiences. Coordinate stock and product requirements ahead of special events and large-scale shows as requested by management. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating the stores and receiving team. Foster a positive work environment and support team members in achieving common goals. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and security procedures. Find out more here: pacha.com Minimum Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven experience (3+ years) in a receiving, stores, or inventory supervisory role within a high-volume nightlife, events, hospitality, or hotel environment. Strong, hands-on knowledge of goods receiving, product tracking, and inventory management practices, covering beverage, food, and operating supplies. Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for goods receipt, product tracking, stock movements, transfers, and inventory reporting (essential). Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities as needed. Capability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as necessary. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
