37.5 Hours/Week | Local or Travel Contract| W2 Full Time Benefits

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed AAC Speech-Language Pathologist (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) to support school districts in the Albany, Oregon area for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP with extensive AAC expertise who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students' communication development within an educational setting.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Based - Key Responsibilities

• Focus: Specialized assessment, selection, and implementation of AAC systems (low-tech and high-tech). Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
• Approach: Deep expertise in device technology, customization, and motor access methods (e.g., eye gaze).
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
• Goal: Immediate communication, implementation, and long-term support for non-speaking or complex communicators develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Act as a consultant or key interventionist to implement robust communication systems
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
• Active OR Board of Examiners State SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
