Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1884.96/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide compassionate and high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced emergency department. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team. Responsibilities: Evaluate patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity. Administer treatments, medications, and interventions according to physician orders and protocols. Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system. Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and other staff to deliver coordinated emergency services. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols. Qualifications: Current RN license without restrictions. Minimum of 1 year of emergency room nursing experience. Valid BLS, ACLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications. Proficient in MEDITECH or similar EMR software. Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work effectively in a team. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
