Arrow Staffing Services is seeking a professional Recruiting Assistant in Grand Rapids, MI, to support daily operations and assist with candidate management. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting applicants, conducting screenings, and managing onboarding processes while ensuring a welcoming office environment. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and pay is $18 plus experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
