Travel RN – Medical Surgical (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical patients in a Med-Surg unit setting during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient information and clinical findings using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including black scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing role
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or fast-paced Med-Surg environment
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into an established unit team
