If you are passionate about engineering and looking for a collaborative environment where your ideas can thrive, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop mechanical components and systems for various projects.Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of engineering projects from concept to completion.Conduct feasibility studies and perform engineering calculations to support design decisions.Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and interns.Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure product reliability and performance.Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into projects.Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance product designs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and simulation tools.Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.You should be proficient in:Project ManagementCAD SoftwareDesign for Manufacturability (DFM)Design for Assembly (DFA)Mechanical Design & Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr
