Make a positive impact by supporting students’ communication development in a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist position. This contract role runs from August 17, 2026, through June 2, 2027, offering the chance to work within a school setting and make a lasting difference in students’ educational journeys.

What you’ll bring:

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) preferred
  • Prior experience working in school environments or pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and progress monitoring
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
  • Ability to deliver services in person, following district schedules and guidelines

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy focused on improving speech, language, and communication skills
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to facilitate student success
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
