Location: Van Wert, OH Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (Monday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM) (Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) You've Got Hustle? This Shift's Yours! The Lowdown You'll Need High school diploma or GED Lift up to 50 lbs and stay moving on your feet all shift Steel-toes Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on production equipment Operate within established manufacturing processes and production workflows Read and interpret blueprints, control plans, job instructions, and technical documentation Use precision tools including calipers, gauges, and scales to verify product quality Ensure all products meet or exceed customer and facility quality standards Maintain a clean, organized workspace in support of 5S and lean manufacturing practices Support continuous improvement by applying and retaining manufacturing techniques and procedures Collaborate with team members to meet production and delivery targets Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment at all times
