Job Summary

We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk to accurately input and maintain data across company systems. You'll help ensure records are complete, accurate, and up to date, supporting smooth operations across departments.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately across company systems
• Verify data against source documents for accuracy
• Identify and correct data discrepancies
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Generate basic reports as requested
• Perform regular data quality checks
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-1 year of data entry or administrative experience preferred
• Strong typing speed and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
