Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide critical support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and support community involvement. The role is vital in enhancing the overall quality of life for those we serve. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Implement individualized care plans and document client progress accurately. Encourage and support participation in community and recreational activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Report any changes in client health, behavior, or needs promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in direct support or caregiving is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
