A fast-growing flooring and restoration company in Lake Worth Beach is actively hiring dependable, motivated, and experienced Flooring Technicians and Helpers for immediate work.
They specialize in high-quality residential and commercial flooring installation projects including luxury vinyl plank (LVP), tile, carpet, laminate, and flooring restoration services. Due to increased demand and company growth, we are expanding our team immediately.

Immediate Openings AvailableCurrently looking for installers and flooring technicians with experience in:
- Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
- Vinyl flooring installation
- Tile installation and repair
- Carpet installation and stretching
- Laminate flooring
- Baseboards and trim work
- Subfloor preparation and repair

- Install vinyl plank, tile, carpet, and laminate flooring
- Measure and cut flooring materials accurately
- Prepare subfloors for installation
- Remove existing flooring materials
- Perform flooring repairs and touch-ups
- Install transitions, trim, and baseboards
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete projects efficiently and with attention to detail
- Flooring installation experience preferred
- Experience with vinyl, tile, or carpet installation
- Ability to use flooring tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently or with a crew
- Valid driver’s license preferred
